Municipal Court

The City of Cushing Municipal Court is the judicial branch of the city government. The function of this court is to adjudicate all traffic, non-traffic and parking violations of city ordinances.

The court is presided over by the Honorable Judge William W. Ahrberg and administered by the Municipal Court Division. The Municipal Court Division maintains all court records, ensures the orderly conduct of court session, and accounts for all fiscal matters involving the Municipal Court System. The City of Cushing is a court of not-of-record.
