Youth and Community Center Advisory Board
The advisory board shall consist of 15 members which shall be an advisory board to the City. Advisory board members shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners to serve for three-year staggered terms. The advisory board shall advise the City on matters relating to the Cushing Youth and Community Center.
The Cushing Youth and Community Center Advisory Board shall adopt bylaws, rules and regulations for the Cushing Youth and Community Center. Such bylaws, rules and regulations shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Commissioners of the City. The bylaws, rules and regulations of the Cushing Youth and Community Center shall be posted or made public in some effective manner.
