Pool Rental Information
POOL RENTAL: The pool may be reserved for private parties on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Call: 918-306-4144
- 50 people or fewer - $350.00
- 51-200 people - $400.00
- Over 200 people - $450.00
A $250.00 security deposit is required to confirm pool reservation. Pool rental must be scheduled with Melissa at 918-306-4144; however, the $250.00 security deposit shall be made at City Hall. A full refund will be made if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the party; one-half of the deposit shall be refunded after that time. If the party is canceled due to weather conditions, a full refund will be made, or the party may be rescheduled for the next available date.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES: A special area can be reserved for birthday parties during normal operating hours for 1 hour. Reservations shall be made through the pool manager. A special exception will be to allow a birthday cake to be brought into the pool area; however, no other outside food or drinks will be allowed. All other concession items must be purchased at the concession stand. There is a $25.00 charge for the use of the birthday party area for the one-hour period.
RULES: When leaving the pool, if you plan to re-enter during the same admission period, you must sign out at the pool office and sign back in to re-enter the pool area. Patrons under 18 will not be allowed to re-enter without a parent.
The office phone is not available to the public; however, a courtesy phone is provided for public use.
