The senior citizen center advisory board shall consist of nine members which shall be an advisory board to the City. Members of the senior citizen center advisory board shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners of the City and shall serve for staggered terms of three years.

The advisory board shall advise the City on matters relating to the Cushing Senior Citizen Center. The senior citizen center advisory board shall adopt bylaws, rules and regulations for the Cushing Senior Citizen Center. Such bylaws, rules and regulations shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Commissioners of the City. The bylaws and rules and regulations of the Cushing Senior Citizen Center shall be posted or made public in some effective manner.
